Creating the ISSUEREQ activity type

An ISSUEREQ activity record is created when an issue status update message needs to be sent. You do not need to manually create the ISSUEREQ activity type in order to send issue status update messages, but you can manually create the ISSUEREQ activity type so that you can view unsent issue status update messages.

To create the ISSUEREQ activity type

1.  From Customers, select Set up module> Activity types to display the Set up activity types window.

2.  Click New.

3.  Enter ISSUEREQ in the Type field.

4.  Enter ISSUEREQ in the Description field.

5.  Click Save.
